The starlight above my hometown, ain't as bright as the star I've found

Today feels like a rather productive day, yet I am glad that it is almost time to go to bed. I enjoyed a really excellent lunch with my parents at the Elephant bar. We had some good lettuce wraps and teriyaki chicken.... yum! We also went shopping becuase I need shoes. (I have gone shopping about 6 times in the past 3 weeks trying to get a pair of shoes and cannot find what I want) but I did end up with an adorable skirt and a pair of pants that I am ecstatic over. I bought a pair just like them while birthday shopping that are brown, but today I found a khaki pair. They had a small spot so I was able to get them for an additional 15% off. Said spot came out after a little cleanser and scrubbing so I am ecstatic. :)

As a side note, I still cannot find the lotion that I want in the size that I want, but oh well.... I'll find it soon enough.

Another plus is that my kitchen is now immaculate. I cleaned out and disinfected the fridge and washed anything that was remotely dirty. It looks great.... just needs to be mopped, but I have to wait until tomorrow so that I can vacuum all the salt from the entryway.

Today I also set up a family website which is something we have all talked about doing for a while now. Now we can all post pictures and notes for each other as well as documents such as what ailments run in the family which is always helpful when heading to a new doctor.

Also, it is now Sunday night, which means that my weekday comic strip has been updated for tomorrow, so check out Questionable Content in my links. From there, you can also check out the shirt that I really want that has this design on it. I love this strip!

Also on Sundays, PostSecret is updated, so check that out as well. I find this to be an amazing art project. They currently have an exhibit running at the Winnipeg Art Gallery for the next two weeks so I am working on convincing someone to go and see it and tell me about it since I can't make it there for another two months.
