I'm a rebel and my .44 pops far....

Ok... where to even begin for today.... Today is election day in this great land of ours.... I have been glued to the news channels for the past little while as the first of the polls stat to close. I am not sure why I am so excited about this election compared with last time. Perhaps it is that it seems we have so much to gain or lose based on the results. I was one of the lucky few (gotta love random polling areas in town) that didn't have obscene wait times. I waled in and got my ballot and was out the door in about 15 minutes. I think it took me longer to fill out the ballot than all paperwork, etc. However I think that my quickness in voting made up for the fact that it was about an hour and a half wait for the free Ben & Jerry's... Oh well- isn't ice cream always worth it?

Not to be all TMI, but I must be on the verge of PMS-ing as I was craving salty foods ALL DAMN DAY! After much deliberation (and mind-changing from burritos, to subs, to pizza, to Chinese, to well... you get the idea) we finally decided to grab Chipotle as Scott had not been there yet and one just opened on State practically right across the street from B&J. I had a super yummy burrito with nice and spicy salsa... made my nose run for the next 10 minutes. As we were leaving to head to Urban Outfitters, we passed a homeless guy who stopped Scott to ask if he had his camera's with him. (Scott likes to photograph street people) The guy pointed out his sign for today, which I must admit, was one of the best ones I have seen. As I continued towards Urban Outfitters, I heard Scott mention that he had emailed some of the other pics to him already, I became quite enamored of the notion that the homeless guy has email. I realize that all he would have to do is go to the library, but it still seemed rather odd to me.

To my somewhat consternation, I managed to run into someone today that totally threw me for a loop. I don't know why, but I wasn't expecting to see them there and frankly it slightly freaked me out. Again, I am not sure why, but.....

On the non-me category, not that any of you have any idea what I'm talking about here whatsoever, Deb's doctor's appointment today want splendidly! Nothing to worry about!

And I know that there was something else my fingers intended on rambling about, but I am too distracted by electoral votes, so I shall relinquish the computer in hopes of a hot water bottle for me knee and ice for my elbow! Hope to speak to you again with a new President-elect in place!
